Permanent stamp ink for crisp prints Does not bleed with water-based ink, paint, or markers Suitable for stamping and coloring
Ranger’s Archival Ink is an oil-based dye ink for creating crisp stamp impressions on various surfaces. Archival ink works well on both matte and glossy paper, canvas, and wood. Once dry, the ink is permanent. On a smooth surface, it may take a little longer for the ink to dry. You can speed up this process with a heat tool if needed.
The advantage is that the permanent ink does not bleed when it comes into contact with water. This makes Archival Ink highly suitable for working with water-based stamp ink, paints, and markers, such as Distress Ink and watercolor paints. It also allows for clear stamping over backgrounds made with alcohol ink. For these reasons, Archival Ink is often used as a base stamping ink. Easily remove ink residue from stamps with the Ranger Clean It All Purpose Stamp Cleaner or Ranger Archival Ink Cleaner.
